About the Author
Christie Macdonald is a long time reader and first time author. She enjoys quiet mornings, evenings in front of a firepit or fireplace, and cheering for the Toronto Blue Jays.
She loves being a mom, being married to her best friend- whom she likes the most and who makes her laugh the hardest, and having her family all in the same place at the same time. Once a year she asks her family if they will wear matching Christmas pajamas and they continue to lovingly oblige which brings her great joy.
She enjoys flavoured coffee, warm baked goods, and the kinds of close friendships that grow stronger over shared moments of vulnerability.
Returning Home is her first published novel. She loves connecting with readers and hopes to continue to write in the years to come.
